It’s the times where you pay your bill well in advance and then the credit card company puts the money into the wrong account. This may be frustrating but you think it’s easy to fix and it’ll be done and dusted in a couple of days/weeks. Try 9 months! Yup,9 months of fighting to fix it. After all of that, you would think an apologise wouldn’t be too much to ask. Well supposedly it’s my fault that the credit card company put the money into the wrong account? Do you get that? Nah neither do i!
There use to be a day where we could trust our banks and rely on them to provide top quality services to us, the customers. They day’s seem to have gone.
I think I’ll move to Northern Rock now! :)
